Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or a related field. Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrator, or in a similar role supporting high-level individuals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and punctuation. Proficiency in using office software and communication tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, and virtual meeting platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
